All US domestic purchases made through carry a 30-day no hassle guarantee. If you do not want to keep your device, you can submit an RMA request and we will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the product to us.  A full refund for the cost of the product will be provided once the package is received and inspected for completeness at our warehouse.  Any discretionary/premium shipping options that the buyer chooses at the time of checkout are not refundable.

International purchases are not subject to the above policy.  Due to the high cost of shipping to/from the USA, we are unable to provide free shipping to the customer and free return shipping.  We will provide a refund for the product, if an International Buyer chooses to return the device with their own prepaid label.  In the rare event that a device is deemed defective, a warranty claim under the manufacturer’s 1-year guarantee can be made.
